Mr. Rhodd has been a resident of Topeka for 20 years.  He attended Washburn University and received his
Bachelor's degree in Business.  After receiving his Bachelor's degree, Mr. Rhodd received a president
scholarship and attended the Washburn University School of Law.  As a law student, Mr. Rhodd achieved
top papers in both 1) Local Government Law and 2) Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights.  He earned a
Juris Doctorate and graduated with honors in 2004.  After graduation, Bradley was admitted to the Kansas
Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.

While attending the Washburn University School of Business in 1997, Bradley became a Topeka police
officer and graduated the police academy as class President.  He served as a police officer from 1997-2007.
 During his ten years as an officer, Bradley received the distinguished service award, the commendation bar
for exemplary initiative, Partner of the Year for the Shawnee Regional Prevention and Recovery, and was
nominated for a National Community Policing Award.

As a police officer, his assignments included: community officer, lead instructor for defensive tactics,
member of the Defensive Action Review Team (use of force board), crime prevention through
environmental design instructor, and bicycle/ walking beat unit.

In addition to the law office, Mr. Rhodd is the president of the Praecello Professional Training Institute.  
The Praecello Institute partners with professionals and experts in many fields to provide cutting edge
